Legal Ops 100 Course ($245): Attendees with less than three years of experience in legal ops can attend a special Legal Ops 101 workshop. This deep-dive course will cover essential skills and the CLOC Core 12 domains, ensuring attendees receive quality training on topics that matter most. Available to only All Access pass attendees. Cost is in addition to All Access pass and is the same for members and non-members.

Legal Ops 200 Courses ($245): Designed for Mid-level legal operations professionals (3 – 8 years’ experience) and those interested in a specific CLOC Core 12 function area’s practical application. This series of 2-hour workshops will provide mid-level professionals with practical, actionable insights across four key CLOC Core 12 functional areas of legal operations. Available to only All Access pass attendees. Cost is in addition to All Access pass. Four workshops will be offered in the areas of:

    • Financial Management
    • Firm & Vendor Management

Impact Ops Forum

This forum provides a dedicated space for legal operations professionals working in association, nonprofit, government, and higher education organizations to connect, learn, and collaborate around their unique challenges and opportunities. With a focus on mission-driven environments, resource constraints, and the complexities of public and academic institutions, the forum offers programming designed to highlight practical strategies, share peer experiences, and build a supportive community. CGI After Dark Plus-One ($125): Attendees may request to purchase a ticket for their plus-one to attend the Wednesday evening CGI After Dark reception. All requests must be submitted by registered attendees and will be reviewed by our team for approval. Subject to ticket availability, an attendee is permitted to purchase one qualifying plus-one pass. To be eligible, the guest must:

    • Not hold a professional role/function in any capacity within the legal industry
    • Be at least 21 years of age
    • Sign an attendee agreement

Legal Ops Professional Group Package: Register three (3) attendees and receive a 50% discount on your paid fourth registrant. The rate is determined by the member status of each individual participant. Group packages are available by request only.

Academia, Government & Association/Non-Profit: Participants from government entities are invited to participate at our lowest rate of $945. Pending review of the request, a member of the CLOC Staff will share details on how to register at the special rate.

Students: We offer two ways for students to participate:

    • Student Volunteer Program – Full-time students can receive a complimentary All Access pass in exchange for up to 6 hours of volunteer service each day of the event. This option also includes a one-year student membership with CLOC. Pending review of your request, a CLOC staff member will provide additional details.

    • Discounted Student Registration – Students who prefer not to volunteer can attend by purchasing an All Access pass at the special student rate of $125.

Media & Influencers: Qualified members of the media and credible influencers (minimum of 10K aggregate followers or subscribers) can request a complimentary All Access Pass. However, editorial staff and journalists are required to publish content. This offer is not valid for PR or marketing agencies, consultants, corporate executives, or service-based organizations. All submissions are subject to review and approval.

The Community Access Program (CAP) for the CLOC Global Institute is here to help individuals who are unemployed or underemployed attend CGI and continue their professional development in the legal operations field.

Eligibility
    • Must be a current CLOC member. If you’re not a member, you can join today, but if financial hardship is a concern, our hardship policy may cover membership costs.
    • Applicants must be legal operations professionals whose primary role is to support their employer’s legal operations. If you’re currently unemployed, we’ll consider your employment history from the past three years.

Sponsor Registration: Sponsor All Access passes and Exhibit Hall passes are available through the Exhibitor Portal.

Sponsors receive a set number of complimentary All Access passes based on their sponsorship level.  Diamond Elite, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors can purchase additional All Access passes at a flat rate of $1,695.

Sponsors with an exhibit booth receive a set amount of exhibit passes as a benefit of the exhibit package they choose. 

Exhibit Pass Upgrade to All Access: Exhibitors can upgrade  Exhibit Passes into a All Access pass to unlock all education sessions.
