The Executive Forum brings together Senior Legal Operations Leaders, General Counsel, and Chief Legal Officers for focused discussion on how the function will evolve over the next three years. 

Technology is advancing quickly. Business leaders expect clearer data, tighter cost control, and stronger risk management. They also expect legal departments to support business performance. Legal Operations plays a central role in meeting those expectations.

In today’s disruptive environments, General Counsel and C-suite leaders often see their mission in terms of managing risk and finding opportunities within the risks. In this context, Legal Operations can play a more strategic role than ever before. 

This executive dialogue will examine how Legal Operations can help to lead in shaping AI adoption, technology strategy, and enterprise-wide innovation. How does the enterprise promise of AI balance with risks and threats? How should adoption be managed to incentivize value creation while avoiding unintended consequences? C-suites and boards want to understand how AI and other technologies relate to existing company roadmaps. Do these technologies fit into those roadmaps or do they create a whole new and uncharted operational model?
