CLOC members save $250 on registration fees. Not sure if your membership is current? Check your member status before registering to ensure you don’t miss out.
Legal Ops Professional Group Package: Register three (3) attendees and receive a 50% discount on your fourth registrant. The rate is determined by the member status of each individual participant. Group packages are available by request only.
Academia, Government & Association/Non-Profit: Participants from government entities are invited to participate at our lowest rate of $945. Pending review of the request, a member of the CLOC Staff will share details on how to register at the special rate.
Students: CLOC welcomes qualified students to take part in the 2026 CLOC Global Institute in Chicago. We offer two ways to participate:
Student Volunteer Program – Full-time students can receive a complimentary All Access pass in exchange for up to 6 hours of volunteer service each day of the event. This option also includes a one-year student membership with CLOC. Pending review of your request, a CLOC staff member will provide additional details.
Discounted Student Registration – Students who prefer not to volunteer can attend by purchasing an All Access pass at the special student rate of $125.
Media & Influencers: Qualified members of the media and credible influencers (minimum of 10K aggregate followers or subscribers) can request a complimentary All Access Pass. However, editorial staff and journalists are required to publish content. This offer is not valid for PR or marketing agencies, consultants, corporate executives, or service-based organizations. All submissions are subject to review and approval.
The Community Access Program (CAP) for the CLOC Global Institute is here to help individuals who are unemployed or underemployed attend CGI and continue their professional development in the legal operations field.
The application will be available in January 2026.
CLOC is committed to providing an outstanding experience for all participants at its live events. We strive for access to all activities—to the fullest extent possible—at these events based on an awareness of participants’ needs and appropriate planning. CLOC’s live events and meetings include, but are not limited to, the CLOC Global Institute and CLOC EMEA Summit, and any board, committee, or regional meetings held in-person or virtually. Read our full statement on accommodations.
For large-gathering events, including the CLOC Global Institute, you are asked to indicate, when registering, the area(s) in which you will need assistance. Once the registration process is complete, you will receive an email directing you to provide CLOC with more specific information about the accessibility accommodations you are requesting. A staff member will follow up with you to review your responses and discuss your needs. Your timely completion of this is critical.
We ask that all requests for reasonable accommodations at our live events be made as early as possible, and well in advance of the event, so that we may best meet individual needs. On-site requests will be met to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited.
For any questions or concerns about accessibility at live events, please e-mail us at info@cloc.org.
